Stealing and Jacking Your Competitors Affiliates

There is nothing better then opening your Clickbank or Paypal account to the site of a bunch of online sales. What makes it even better is when you did almost nothing to generate those sales.

Affiliates have got to be the coolest people in the world! Having a good roster of promoters on your side is essential if you want to take your business to the next level. There is only so much selling you can do yourself. At some point, you must spend some time to recruit affiliates for your products.

However most people are totally lost when it comes to finding new affiliates.

So here's a couple of tips you can use...

1. Make a quick 3 minute Camtasia, or screen capture video explaining your affiliate program and mail that baby to as many people as you know.

2. Offer bonuses such as cash, Xbox 360, or whatever is applicable in your niche to the best performing affiliates. (Hint: Affiliate seem to like cash! Go figure)

3. Hire a designer to make you a half dozen or so banners that people can use to slap up on their sites.

The point is you need to make it as easy as possible for your affiliates to sell your stuff. Spending a bit of time to educate your affiliates will be time very well spent.

If you run your affiliate program through Clickbank it's a bit tough to converse with your affiliates. Most people have no clue who their affiliates even are. In the Marketing Slut book, I'll show you how to find out who is promoting your stuff in Clickbank. It's actually pretty easy.

You should try to make your affiliates opt into a list any way you can. That way you can update them on promo's, contests, and changes to your products such as price changes or new upgrades.

All these tips are something you should be a.applying to your affiliate programs. However there is even a more ruthless method of gaining affiliates as well.

YOU SIMPLY STEAL ALL YOUR COMPETITORS AFFILIATES AND OFFER THEM A BETTER DEAL.

Yeah, yeah, I know... Stealing is unethical right?

Whatever.

I'm a hardcore business women, and yes I agree that stealing is not right. However, this is business, and in the business world we are all fighting for customers. All of us vendors are trying to land these crazy biz op folks on the net. Some of us are just a bit smarter about it.

You can't own an affiliate like you can your product. So beware, because if you are not taking care of your affiliates very well, you may find some of your income landing into my purse.

I'll show you my method for jacking afffiliates when "The Internet Marketing Slut" is released on Valentines Day.

That's Hot!

MSN Ad Center, How's it working for you?

I often get questions from people about traffic. The want to know what the best option is for getting visitors to their website.

There is a big arguement that always takes place when trying to address this topic. Many will suggest that you should go after FREE traffic and try to dominate the search engines organically. That method is fine and dandy, but it takes a bit of work.

I personally like Pay Per Click traffic beyond any other form of traffic. It's targeted, reliable, and usually fairly cheap if you spend a little time on loading your keywords and bids. Most of the free traffic on the web takes quite a bit of work to keep it coming. Once you place your PPC ads, your set and ready.

Also, with Pay Per Click advertising, you can easily figure out whether or not your getting a decent return on your investment. With most free methods of advertising, it can be a bit difficult to track how well the traffic is converting.

So recently MSN has started their own Pay Per Click service called Ad Center. I've heard mixed reviews of it so far. Some are loving it, while others are still a bit unsure. I had a friend who has been beta testing it for quite some time, but he's not much of a PPC guy, so I can't really rely on his input.

I would love to know if any of you have had much luck with MSN's Adcenter. I've only loaded up a couple of ads, so I'm not sure how well it's working. We'll see, and I'll let you know.

Are You Maximizing Your Forum Posts, Blog Posts, and Emails?

When you make posts in a forum, are you truly maximizing and leveraging that post like you should?

When you write an email, are you truly maximizing the potential of that email?

Same thing with blogs.

When you post to your blog, do you maximize your efforts?

Here's what I'm talking about...

There are some of us who participate in forum with posts like "O yeah, me too", or "Great idea, wish I thought of that one".

These type of posts really offer no value, and are usually just signature file spam tricks.

Then there are others who write posts that look like a thesis and they provide a massive amount of content. It doesn't even have to be said how important content is.

However, these folks that provide tons of content in their posts are missing some vital things.

MAXIMIZING THEIR CONTENT.

Think of this.

If you spend 20-30 minutes writing up some killer post for some forum, don't you think that same content would make a great article?

Don't you think that maybe some of the emails you have written before would make a great article?

It sure would.

So think about this when sitting down to construct a forum post.

Can I use this content to reach more people then just the forum? If you write the post with the full intention of turning it into a article, you can leverage your content so much further.

Same thing with some of your blog posts.

Couldn't those be submitted to the buld of article directories?

Sure it can.

By doing this you can maximize your time, content, and cash flow.

So my advice is, "Always be writing articles, even if you didn't mean to write one. No matter what it is, think to yourself whether or not you could turn these few paragraphs into a article to be submitted somewhere."

Allen Says of The Warrior Forum Giving Me Free Press

Today I got a pleasant suprise when I peeked inside my web stats. Apparantly I was getting a bit of traffic from the Warrior Forum.

I thought this was odd becuase I have not showed the site to anybody just yet. Obviously someone must have found my site, and found out I'm releasing a new book.

Good news friends...

My book "The Internet Marketing Slut" should be ready by early next week. If you would like to have a sneak peak into a few of the chapters, visit the site and sign up. I'll send you some stuff pronto.

Anyhoo...

I wandered over to the Warrior Forum to see what all the Hub-Bub was about, and here it was...

Mr. Allen Says started a forum post about http://www.internetmarketingslut.com

I don't think it was his intention to plug the site. However he obviously wanted to show the other Warriors the unique marketing angle that I have chosen to take.

It was clear that the some Warriors were getting a good laugh out of the post. Others might have been offended (sorry). The point is, my marketing style is bound to create some hype, buzz, and controversy.

It's already starting, and I haven't even started promoting yet.

Sadly the post didn't stay up too long. It was yanked down. Allen must of realized that I was going to monetize his referrel traffic, or another forum moderator disliked my style. Either way, it's okay.

I appreciate him taking notice.

For the rest of you whom are taking notice of what I'm about to launch, stay tuned as I promise to keep the excitement real, profitable, and entertaining.

Thanks Warrior Forum, even if you did yank the post. I love you folks and have learned a massive amount from a select few of you. ( YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE FELLA'S) :)

Ingvar Kamprad, Humble Travel Despite The Billions

This is a very cool story.

Forbes magazine recenlty had a column where they discussed the types of vehicle that the richest people in the world drive. The results might shocked some people.

For example, Warren Buffett prefers to drive around in a modest Lincoln Towncar.

However here is the real shocker. Igvar Kamprad still rolls around in his 1983 Volve 240 GL. Igvar Kamprad is the founder of the Swedish furniture and home goods company IKEA.

Igvar still takes the community bus as well. Now I'm not sure there are too many Billionaires in the world who are willing to gut it out on the buses in San Francisco. I've done it myself and it's not exactly a pretty site.

I like the humbleness of some of these rich folks. While I am an admittedly materialistic girl, I can't imagine myself driving anything other then my Subaru Outback. I just love the forest green color of it, and it fits me. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Feel free to check out what the other Billionaires are driving.

No, I Will Not Partake In The Porn Biz...

I've been getting flooded with emails during the last week.

Ever sinced I've unleashed my Lacy Leggs character onto the net, I've been getting lot's of attention. It's my own fault, using a name like "Internet Marketing Slut" and "EZ-Queen".

Many maverick marketers are asking me to promote their Porn sites, Sex Toys, and DVD sales. These chumps are wasting their time.

While I may be provacative, sexy, and flirtatious, I definitely won't do porn. I'm just not into it. Sorry fellas.

Sure I love nudity, hot babes, breasts, g-strings, the works. I just don't want to market it to anybody online. It's not my style.

So please, just because I'm a bit easy in the sack, does not mean that I want to participate in any type of Porn business online.

Please don't ask.

Thank You.

A Nice Lunch Date, Then Blogging To The Bank

Today I had a great lunch date with a pretty well known marketer. He really wasn't my type, but he sure was sweet.

I don't mind short guys, but this guy was only 5'1". I could stare down onto his rapidly decreasing bald-spot from my towering 5"11" frame.

Despite the lack of physical turn ons, he was exceptionally fun to be with. The company was great and it was such a pleasure to pick his brain. This guy is a genius. Any marketer would of easily kicked down $1000 just to hear 1/2 of the info I learned today.

Ok, I admit it. I was TURNED ON. Even though it would be like screwing around with Danny Devito, his wits made me hot. There is nothing better then SMART men in my eyes. I'd easily choose some 4-eyed Asian dude in a BMW before I'd run off with the beach hunk sporting a Rusty Datsun.

I'm a materialistic chic. Sorry, it's just the way I am. And besides, the beach hunks are usually lacking anything interesting to talk about.

So we got to talking about this new book called Blogging To The Bank. Everyone seems to be talking about it. I actually had already read the book, so it made for interesting dialogue during Margarita's.

Most of the stuff I was already aware of, but there was a very crafty strategy that I have yet to implement on my blogs. I have lot's of blogs, so this will be an interesting experiment.

The ebook is cheap, brief, and quite informative. It's worth the read if you are new to blogging.
